For example, if you are studying to become a professional property inspector, for your qualification to start your own business you could study our module on residential property inspections, our module on rental property inspections, and our module on 10-year maintenance plans.

If you are interested in only one module, you may be able to study any of our 4 courses or a combination as part of your course to qualify as a APPISA accredited property inspector.

INTRODUCTION TO 10 YEAR MAINTENANCE PLANS FOR SECTIONAL TITLE SCHEMES

The goal of the sectional title scheme maintenance plan module is for the graduate to gain and develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to complete the required tasks of a Professional Inspector and to perform a 10 year maintenance plan, and use the PPI INSPECT ®software to create a 10 year maintenance plan for sectional title scheme as required by law. The purpose of the maintenance plan is to identify future maintenance requirements and estimate the costs involved.
