PPI, in collaboration with several market leaders and mentors in the field of property inspections, has decided that as we have the technical skills needed to carry our services out, and therefore have decided to establish an academy namely APPISA, short for the Association for Professional Property Inspectors South Africa- to be able to offer our affiliates the necessary 60-hour workplace-based learning component required by South African Tertiary Institutions, free of charge!

The NQF consists of 10 levels divided into three bands; Levels 1 to 4 equate to high school grades 9 to 12 or vocational training, 5 to 7 are college diplomas and technical qualifications, 7 to 10 are university degrees.

If you join the PPI group and become the owner of your own professional property inspection services business,you immediately participate in our pool of SAQA qualified business partners and you can therefore immediately participate in these professional services and you do not need the SAQA qualification to provide the services to deliver, as you are now trading as an independent affiliate of the PPI GROUP!
